Datamax provides to our network clients the guarantee that
if the network goes down, one of our techs will be there that
very day.
The advent of new “remote access” technology
allows us to come right into the server from our office using
either Microsoft Terminals Services or Citrix Metaframe. Windows
XP now allows us to access the individual network PCs remotely.
This provides us the ability to “directly see”
the server, as if we were in front of it, from many miles
away. We can therefore fix many problems and furnish administrative
services within minutes of a service request. Even with onsite
support, we come prepared because our initial remote access
survey gives us an idea of what is the problem’s cause.
We also successfully prioritize tech support calls.
